really nice and clean vet clinic! i needed an appt quickly to get updated rabies shots for my kitties for my new apartment rental app. they were able to schedule me within the next week and see my two kitties (only one pictured). they seemed really gentle w/ both of them and their diff temperaments and knowledgeable about the care they were providing them as patients. i will continue going here as i’ve had some nightmare vet experiences in la in the past. the DVM and techs are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The doctor and the staff are attentive, and I felt really taken care of and listened to. I do wait a bit after being called but overall, not a big deal. I was able to get same day appointment and the staff are very friendly and professional.
I’ve been coming to Shatto 6 years now and it’s always been a great experience. Even in the middle of the pandemic they have always made me and Hermes (my cat) feel welcomed and at ease. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is what makes us come back every year. I recommend them 100%.
