I've had good experiences at this vet for my cats, especially because it allows same day appointments with an extra fee. That's super useful if, for example, you find an emaciated kitten wandering around your neighborhood at 1pm on a weekday. The criticism of this vet for upselling is fair, but also possibly overstated. i can't speak to anyone else's experiences, but i have been offered lots of recommended services that aren't strictly essential. but i've also never had a problem when i politely decline those extra services and explain "oh this isn't in our budget, but we will do these essential tests." Dr. Woo and everyone at Beverly Pet Clinic offered unmatched care and attention to my senior disabled dog. It gave me the certainty that we were doing everything possible to make his last few years comfortable. Eternally grateful. Thank you.

I have finally found a vet I like and trust for my 3 dogs -- 2 senior pups with various ailments (pretty minor) and a puppy with a whole life ahead of him. I've had dogs for a long time so I'm very familiar with vets and know very well that it can cost a lot of money to keep our animal companions in good health. All of that can be really stressful and it's easy to blame the doctor but honestly, I think Dr. Woo is fair and conscientious and the office is run efficiently. I can get appointments quickly when needed, and communication is quick over email. I guess you can't make everyone happy but I've been going here for 3 years and have zero complaints.
