I have come to Shatto for my Cat's medical care ever since she wound up on our balcony as a kitten. They helped us scan for a chip, clear her of fleas ticks and worms, and ensure she was fully vaccinated. I couldn't imagine going to another vet in our area. They are kind and quick, but also, they know what they are doing!
Everyone was very nice to me and my dog. The floor is cold so don’t forget to bring a mat for your dog to lie down on in the waiting room. I did not have a mat so I used my jacket but the floor is very clean. The doctors and technicians are very professional, especially Dr. Ta. They made sure to ask about travel timelines so that you understand how long the titer test is valid for, even though it is not their responsibility to help you keep track of patients’ own travel plans or make sure you have all of the necessary paperwork.
