My husband and I are so impressed with Service Genius. Erik came to our home and explained all of our options. We were unsure about how to proceed so he came back out and had so much patience with us explaining everything and answering our many questions. When George, Abelardo and Andres came to our home they were professional, friendly and extremely hard working guys. They explained how the new system worked and finished when they said they would. They also send a message when they are on the way with an arrival time which was exact. We are so very happy with the whole process. We would not hesitate in using them again and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Shoutout to Chris and Ignacio for their great work installing the new AC unit in my condo . They were communicative and friendly while doing a fantastic job replacing a very old, rusted unit in ceiling. They didn't rush it, and were very open about how long the project would take and finished right on schedule. I really appreciate their hard work, and the entire Service Genius team with all of their help becuase they were helpful every step of the way.
