After moving here and having searching for months for somewhere I felt comfortable and got amazing service Rayna has taken care of me. From a good vibe to overall service and of course has me looking my best
I have been going to Rayna for almost 2 years. She has helped me grow long healthy natural hair. I get the locs and I highly recommend her work. You must schedule a few weeks ahead because she has manyClients. There is ample street parking. It took me a long time to find a professional, affordable and reliable stylist.
I've been getting my locs retightened here through the year. I appreciate the knowledge and care for afro-textured hair in it's natural state. Rayna uses minimal chemicals, tries her best to service only one client at a time and is fairly fast time-wise. I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day, or if she may be going through something personally, but my last visit was close to traumatizing. The service itself is nice, it was the overall encounter and interactions that made it seem as if I were a nuisance to her. I'm not going to charge it to her heart, but I received extremely poor customer service and was made to feel very uncomfortable midway through the session.Due...read full review
