Season Control Heating & Air Conditioning has been a reliable and trusted vendor for our Malibu properties. Their team is responsive, professional, and always thorough — whether it’s routine service, system repairs, or helping with home inspections for our real estate clients. Even though they’re not based in Malibu, they service the area frequently and always show up quickly when we need them. A great partner for both property management and sales.
We had been trying to find a good and reputable company to shop For a new HVAC. I called 3 companies but so far, Season Control via its representative TOMER, from the beginning took the time to go over what we needed and why we needed it. TOMER who came to our house, not only sat down and explained but he got up to the attic and roof and all over the house to give us exactly what we needed. Not only that, but he took almost 3 hours with us until we had no more questions. Initially, it was going to take 3 days to finish the job but to my surprise, I saw at least 9 people well coordinated and were able to finish the job in one day. Booking was easy. Pricing was pretty standard for technician to come out. I actually appreciated our tech , Alex Nammour , he was friendly, informative and professional. I never felt like I was pressured or sensed any tactics being in sales myself. Alex is a great representative for the company and always communicative about anything they did.
