Great service technicians & very competent - but Sears AI is incompetent & severely flawed, their automated workflow is broken & incomplete, and their ability to communicate & fix problems is the worst I've ever encountered. I will be canceling my account & never using the company again.

The last technician who just left my home was excellent! Extremely professional! However, I will never purchase anything from Sears due to repairs taking 90 days and I had the elite warranty. The amount of stress mentally and financially totally disabled me. I didn’t receive any financial/food replacement for my family during this time. The whole experience completely destroyed any confidence I had with Sears. I called numerous times and was told to wait 15 business days for a callback which only happened 1x. I still hate the way this experience has made me feel.

Real good customer service really tried really hard to fix washing machine goes out of his way to diagnose problem knowledgeable of his job people like him. I will continue with my home warranty after that has happened higher more people like him.
