If you have an appointment scheduled, they must respect it. They let you waiting 2 hrs or more, plus the time in the waiting room... for 15 minutes or less that the Dr or his assistant takes to see you... this is so rude. Bad service and non professional.
The teraphies are not requested after your appointment, they delay them for almost 3 weeks. This is not correct.
They are not legal ethic in their service to the patients. We deserve respect from Dr. Schiffman, assistants, and staff.
I am agree with LAs Qtst... they never examined me. They prejudice you instead attend you as a patient. They are not professional. As patients deserve respect.
All the staff and Michael Schiffman were so enjoyable to deal with! The receptionist was sweet, the nurse was sweet, shared some common stories with me, gave me advice. Doc was thorough and I had to get a shot in my elbow. He was very gentle and made sure I was never uncomfortable. After dealing with many doctors who gave me no answers this office as a whole was a sigh of relief!
Came in this afternoon to the office to ask for a second recommendation or secondreferral for chiropractic services. Alejandra greeted me at the front desk and was super professional and perhaps more importantly approachable. This office has been on the ball throughout my rehab and physical therapy journey dealing with this lower back. From Dr Schiffman on to the entire staff, you can't go wrong here.
