I went in for a deep tissue and hot stone massage today. The owner and the Thai staff were welcoming and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the therapist who worked on me was quite rude. She did not communicate with me at all or ask if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on.
I’ve had many massages over the years, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. During the session, it didn’t feel like she was properly focusing on my muscles as expected, and I did not feel relaxed or relieved at any point. In fact, after the session, I experienced more pain in my neck and back than before.
Had a great massage with male masseur Noi and he really worked on some of the knots in my back. Continually asked how I was and if I wanted harder or softer which I appreciated as I'm not experienced with massage. When you come in they give you a sheet where you can fill out what areas you want focus on. Incredible experience and will definitely be coming back.

Great deal for a great massage. Did the couples massage and it was a clean, spacious, nicely decorated room. We opted for the walking on our backs and stretching. Great if you need a good back cracking. I recommend going to Figaro for a drink and some food afterward.
