I visited Esther at Sashatattoing Gallery and this artist is very professional. I had a great experience from communicating about the design of my tattoo all the way through the completion of the tattoo. The studio is clean and well-lit with a calm interior design. There are several City of LA parking lots really close to the studio with parking meters that allow you to max them out for longer periods of time. Try to park in these lots, especially if you're going for a long session! I was able to find a space in one mid-morning so they seem to have ok availability, although when i left in the evening they were full.
