Bonnie and Michael are awesome! They are gentle with our pets and treat each one very special. They remember every small detail requested and my dog is always so proud and happy to show off after her grooming.My dog is extremely nervous; especially around other people. My 23 lb tabby Jungle and I just had our first experience with Mike and Bonnie. It's been years since he's had a grooming, or been out of the house in any way, so I was reasonably anxious about the entire thing. Jungle is a big lover, but all claws and attitude any time you try to get him in a carrier or take him anywhere. I got a tranquilizer from my vet for my safety and theirs. The whole thing took about 30 minutes from arrival to completion. Mike was great about explaining the services, and I opted for wash, ears, nails and teeth, no cut. The entire experience was quick and painless, and I even appreciated that Mike chastised me for drugging the cat, because it shows that he's an animal lover and didn't like seeing my cat stoned. They even said to try it without the tranq next time. Neither of us is traumatized, and Jungle smells and looks great. For the price, you can't beat it. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything!

Bonnie and Mike did a great job of grooming my cat who gets really stressed out if she leaves the house to even go to the vet. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a mobile cat grooming service for their pet.

I hate judging by appearances of the providers, but that's hard to do in this case. Bonnie and her husband showed up and I gave them the benefit of the doubt to groom our two cats (lion cuts) and bathe our dog. Bonnie had bandage wraps around her arms / around her elbows (grooming accident or?...) and her eyes looked "burnt" for lack of a better description; I didn't notice the bandages on the arms until after they did the lions cuts for our cats. They gave both of our cats lion cuts - the cuts were "okay" - pretty rough looking but still "ok". When I came out with our dog to get her groomed, Bonnie's supposed husband tried to increase the price for the bath from $60 (what I had been quoted on the phone) to $75. I told him I wrote it down (as is my habit, as an attorney) and had it my calendar on my phone. To which he said "ok, fine $65." I told him I'd pay whatever they asked but that it wasn't a good way to build trust with a new customer and he then started berating me about "arguing over $5." At that point, I decided it was best to not have our dog bathed by them. I suppose I should have expected this type of service given that their price point for mobile grooming seemed better than the rest of the market. Would NOT use again. Avoid avoid avoid.

I am so thankful to these experienced professionals. They have been shaving my cat for about a year. On our last visit, Cool Cat noticed that my cats skin was dehydrated and brought it to my attention. I made a vet appointment and found out that she had a UTI infection. As a senior cat, left untreated, she could have had kidney failure.My hats off to Cool Cat!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Used this mobile grooming service for the first time today and couldn't be more pleased! Was easy to book an appointment, they showed up on time, were super friendly / you could tell they are animal lovers! It took less than an hour to groom our cat (lion cut), and they were so good with him. So much less stressfully for him than going into a place that has other animals around and takes hours to complete. Highly recommend!!!
