I wish I could give a zero star to this place, I am always open to give small places my service and we gave this place a try, what a huge mistake. Stay away they are unprofessional, inexperienced, and horrible customer service. One of the ladies from this place ruin my son's hair, we asked her to trim his hair with the scissors and she didn't listen she started cutting with the machine. Not only did she cut his hair wrong, she left shorter spots around his head. She was never apologetic of her mistake, even after seeing how upset my son was. He is 13 years old, we can't trick him it's all okay. Don't know how they have a license to run a business.... read full review

Went here on Saturday since it's near by. Brought in some family members along since the price is firm. After coming in a guy employee was there and approached us, he said "I don't speak english" in english. Then my aunt asked if he knew a little and he said "no, bye". Seriously pissed off we went home and took our business somewhere else.
