LOVE this optical boutique. Excellent collection of top quality eyewear and great service. A small screw fell out of my glasses and Christopher ordered the part and repaired them promptly. I've been extremely happy with all my eyewear purchases.Dr. Sacks is a top ophthalmologist. He performed cataract surgery on my husband, and I would not hesitate to recommend his office highly.
Sacks Optical Boutique does it again!. Why am I not surprised. I can always count on Kenny and Dr. Sacks at Sacks Optical Boutique to find me an amazing pair of glasses. I called Kenny this summer to see if he could assist me and pairi me with fashionable sunglasses. I trust Kenny's judgement as he paired me with many frames over the years. This year he suggested that I look at Matsuda's sunglasses as he knows I like the brand. We did our conversation over FaceTime so that I could visually see the frames (as I could not visit the boutique due to distance). Don't you love technology! After deciding on the frame, he placed the order and mailed it to me in Hawaii. When my new sunglasses arrived, I was extremely happy of the selection. Kenny is the best!!! He will know what styles will compliment your facial structure. I strongly encourage you to talk to Kenny to assist you with any glasses. Tell your family, your friends and your kids. Kenny volunteered to assist me with my sunglasses, previously owned and purchased from another vendor, as they were leaving marks on my nose after wearing them. He kept them for a few days and tightened and loosened where it was needed, including remolding the nose bridge. I picked them up at no charge and found an improvement. Thanks, Kenny.
