This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they push my pickup time and date three times, but when the OWNER showed up to my house, he verbally fought with me about the pricing. The woman at his office quoted me for one price, and then he tried to say we needed to pay almost TWICE that. When I asked for an explanation he threw the linen at me and said "I'm done" and then sped off in his car. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional, and highly aggressive and combative. They clearly don't communicate either since his response as to why I got a different price is because the woman is "shy" and didn't want to tell me the real price. The owner should never be allowed to speak with anyone the way he spoke to me and I will be letting my management team know. Watch out for this aggressive man and company.

I trusted this amazing team with a heavy winter coat that has seen better days, and it was returned to me looking like a brand new garment! The cleaning, the care of the surface fabric, the sleeves and collar stuffed with tissue paper. Five Star Service!!!!!Service: Delivery
