Complete waste of time. Was recommended by a friend who had used them years ago. Called, spoke with Chris, explained that I had a large two story home with a very old shingle roof (24 years old), and wanted an estimate for replacing. Also explained had a small flat roof portion that needed repair. Scheduled appointment, an elderly Asian man who barely spoke English showed up, said "your roof is fine" - WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING !. I said how do you know, how can you tell from the street, can't you go up on the roof and check it, he replied "no, boss no let me go on roof", then asked if he could just look at the flat roof portion (one story part of house) "No, I busy next three months". Cannot imagine the purpose of his visit, or why he wasted my time.

I called to get a quote. Introduced myself and they said they don't need it and hung up on me. I guess they didn't need my business so I would suggest nobody ever call them. They have several listings online so just look for their name and call someone else. I have never expected a business to be so rude to a potential customer.

Very sloppy work, do not use. They dion't care about the lack of quality of their work.

Despite other roofers who easily diagnosed our leaky roof problem as defective ridge tiles, these guys told us it was not a roof problem at all. I think they were just interested in doing a new roof, which we clearly didn't need, and not a simple repair. Either that or they couldn't see the faulty ridge tiles which were obvious to me once the other roofers pointed them out to me.
