Rich plumbing and heating sent a drain out for a recall on a leaking water pipe going to our shower valve and I couldn't be happier with the service he showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair right away without any extra charge. He double checked the entire area to make sure there were no other issues and left everything clean and working perfectly. Five stars-- they really stand behind their work.

I had an issue after a previous visit and wasn't fully satisfied with the work, but Adrian from Rich plumbing and heating came back out personally to make things right. He explained everything clearly corrected the problem on the spot and even did the work at no extra charge. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their service, but Adrian made sure all was taken care of. I really appreciate the professionalism and follow through.

Had a plumbing emergency and worked with Adrien. He was great! Explained everything to us in detail before doing any work. He was very professional and solved the issue. They have reasonable pricing and a knowledgeable staff. We will for sure be using them again, and specifically asking for Adrien!
