I just moved in about a month ago and I am already so grateful to have found this place. This building is so much more than just a building, it is a community of some really cool and kind people. Ariana and Miguel have been great with communication and seeing the resolution of any maintenance requests through. I needed a home in LA, and I’ve found it here.

I had a great 2 years here. Loved my loft, was finally able to have that Tribeca style loft only 20 mins from the beach.Super convenient : A park, Wholefoods, Ralphs, Dune, Pine and Crane, Shake Shack, Chipotle, within 2 blocks. You have the hustle bustle of the city, but it’s always great to come back to one’s sanctuary. The Hwys 10,110 are within blocks, making this area a quick trip to any part of town.These are true live work spaces, and if you’re a working creative that needs to work from home, make things at home, this is a great place for that. I lived at the Reserve for 3 years, through Covid. Ariana and Miguel (as well as the owner Michael) were all solid and did a great job of working with the tenants. I always found the team to be great and attentive. I loved my unit and think its a very cool space. It's apartment living in a unique situation. I miss it
