My mother needed a MRI! Helen was so helpful and easy going with processing and admitting my mother I was shocked it happened so quick. Thanks to Art. Who was extremely helpful and understanding with my moms situations. He sat there 45min just to make sure it's a smooth process. Very happy, and thankful.

Today at 2 pm my mother had a bone density test at 1245 wilshire blvd s#205 at renaissance imagine center... the technician was so rude .... he told me that my mom need to change her dress and wear the gown ... she needs to put on her underwear but I told her she didn't have any... then the technician was like angry and being like uff ...his attitude was so rude and then my mom goes to x - raY and he was showing bad attitude... my mom that much-good at English so he has to tell her twice so-he got mad at her .. ... I said him sorry and thanks but he didn't replied any of them...very disappointed at his behavior.. :(
