I have used this group in the past and their service has always been above reproach.
My system is covered through my homeowner’s policy, unfortunately their technicians are not “Real Cozy Air” and right now, it is near impossible to get an HVAC tech even through the homeowners.
One call to Real Cozy Air and in 2 hours (Inc Travel Time from Long Beach to Chatsworth) my system is up and blowing cold.

Once again, Real Cozy Air did the job quickly and at a reasonable price - exactly what was quoted. They show up when they say, are courteous, efficient and expert. Highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.

Real Cozy answered their phone right away, was pleasant and compassionate about my situation, and even in the middle of a heat wave I was able to schedule same-day service (after hours, for a price). The technician was nice, knowledgeable, and helped me to better understand my system. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes of his arrival and I'm back to ice-cold AC.
