My wife had surgery here , staff is very friendly and they really took care of my wife thru her operation , but since wife speak majority Spanish , they call a interpreter by tablet and I had to say they are terrible translating, nurse said shoulder and they say arm ,, more funny I was there and I speak Spanish and English well and still figuring out why they need to call the interpreters , btw cafeteria sucks , really has nothing there good
My daughter was taken by ambulance to the California Hospital emergency room about 3 weeks ago, even though it was a very busy Saturday night the nurses were very helpful and kind, the security lady in charge was strict but very knowledgeable about what is going on and what is expected from others. The next day they took my daughter to the regular hospital, they did every single test possible, the nurses were very helpful and friendly, Nurse Marina took excellent care of my daughter, she does go above and beyond as same as the other nurses on her team . I went for a hysterectomy and the nurses I got were very nice and attentive about my pain. They were aware of the pill sensitivity I had and gave me alternatives. The only complain I had was a patient a couple of doors down was yelling and screaming at 3 am, other than that everything was good.
