I provided information that was made available from my service providers and now wait for processing and communication from the lead attorney's office which is out of state. So far things have gone along fairly well. Delays are mostly on my side doing due diligence to the technical issues and my skills in this area which are not top of the line. People are pleasant to deal with once I was able to upload data in full.
I contacted Q&A in September 2022 regarding a 2017 ecoDiesel - last week April 2024 I received a check that allowed me to replace the original with a new truck and compensated for time, issues and frustrations handsomely. This was about 5 months later than I was led to believe at settlement (BUT this was mostly due to Morley the company that actually takes vehicle back on FCA behalf and per the other reviews yes communication was sometimes an issue BUT all in all the good outweighs the bad.
