Quantum Wellness Spa

Quantum Wellness Spa is a very cool and unique spot right in the middle of DTLA. The space is elevated, calming, and so relaxing, with an ambience that takes you to another world. The rose quartz room truly felt like another planet, and the sauna is very hot, around 190 degrees. Guests can enjoy an incredible time here, with highlights including the floating bed and various wellness beds.

The team is incredible and welcoming, with staff like Chester, Alex, Tristan, Taryn, Jasmine, Tanya, and Michelle being incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. They guide guests through experiences like the 90-minute Quantum Signature Session, which includes guided movement, intentional breath work, sauna, cold plunge contrast therapy, and time to rest, integrate, and connect. The cold plunge is definitely an experience, and going back and forth between the sauna and cold plunge is incredibly refreshing.

Guests leave feeling rejuvenated and healthy, having genuinely unplugged their minds. The experience is transformative, and many slept incredibly well afterward. The calming techniques, particularly the breath work, can be incorporated into everyday life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and truly unplug, no matter where they’re at in their journey. Make this a first stop when coming to LA.
