⭐ LaserAway has become my happy place.
I’ve been coming to LaserAway Downtown LA for a while now and I genuinely look forward to every appointment. I started with laser hair removal and then just… never left. Now I’m also doing Clear + Brilliant, Botox, and I just finished a CoolSculpting series. Every single treatment has delivered real results and the nurses make the whole process so comfortable even the ones that sound intimidating on paper.
Speaking of the nurses they are the real MVPs. Professional, skilled, and they actually explain what they’re doing so you never feel in the dark. I’ve had anxiety about certain treatments before and they always put me at ease immediately.
But honestly? Rachel the manager is the reason I keep coming back. She knows my name, she knows my goals, and she makes sure the treatments on my account are actually working toward what I’m trying to achieve. She’s not trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. She’s genuinely invested in your results. That is so hard to find.
The front desk crew also deserves their flowers. Erica 💗, Asha, and Christian are so warm and helpful every time I walk in. Scheduling is easy, they always have answers, and they make you feel like a regular in the best way.
This location on Francisco Street offers everything — laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Botox, Xeomin, Juvederm, CoolSculpting, body contouring, Thermage, Clear + Brilliant, Potenza RF Microneedling, HydraFacial, Rejuran, acne scar treatments — and it’s all done by licensed medical professionals supervised by board-certified dermatologists. Not a random pop up med spa. The real thing.
10/10, would recommend to literally everyone I know. And I have.
