I've happily used Pronto Tax for a few years, but last year there was a new manager, Christina, who came in, and took my account from Yanet because she said my return was too complex for Yanet (which it wasn't). She had an attitude that was less than pleasant, took over my return, and then charged me $1750, when I had been paying less than $500 all the times before. Much easier to just get a pro from TurboTax! Word.

I have been using Pronto Income Tax for 5 years now and every staff member is incredible! I personally use Cynthia and she is amazing but you cannot go wrong with any of them. I have gone in office in West LA as well as met virtually. I always recommend them to my friends!

And during tax season, they're amazingly accommodating even when it gets busy. I highly recommend Proto Income Tax!
