About seven years ago, I found myself in a hairy situation that would've made the King of Pop himself cringe - I got a BAD haircut elsewhere that made me want to scream. It's torture the way a bad haircut can make you feel. Mr. B at Prestige Barbershop came to the rescue and turned my hair woes into a thriller experience. Ever since that day, I've been a loyal customer, feeling as though I've moonwalked my way into a grooming paradise. Highlights: - Prestige is not a black or white barbershop; they skillfully work on all hair. - For the area, you won't be able to beat it (the price, that is). - There is ample, cheap metered parking on Robertson; no need to jam into a tight space. - Mr. B and team have great hours and always accommodate walk-ins, though of course it's best to call well in advance. - The atmosphere at Prestige is laid back, and Mr. B is as comfortable having an interesting conversation as he is just silently taking care of business. After my haircut, I always admire the man in the mirror, AKA the pretty young thing!

Their Google booking function made it very easy to set up an appointment for a haircut for a male member of the family. Then we called to add in a shave. Great job, conveniently located, clean and several clients in and out during his appointment. All of the results were good with the fellas walking out more neat, tidy and stylish than when they arrived. Variety of ages and cultures observed in the clientele.
