I have lived at Hampstead Heath for several years and couldn’t be happier. The apartments are beautiful and modern. The building is always maintained and clean. Managment is attentive and always willing and ready to resolve any issues.

I moved in a few months ago and have really enjoyed everything - the leasing office is extremely responsive - they were extremely flexible and patient as I coordinated my cross-country move. The units are modern, well-maintained, and beautiful! Everything is efficient from the payment portal to the process to create a maintenance request!

“Hampstead Heath” is a mixed-use development with 5 Live/Work/Office units for lease and 71 luxury apartments above. The building is located at 11650 Pico Blvd. in West Los Angeles. The building has 17 studios and 12 Junior one bedroom units (450-550SF), 34 -1bedroom units (550-700SF), 8 – 2bedroom units (900-1100SF), all with parking spaces. The units at Hampstead Heath have efficient layouts, contemporary design and are pre-wired for today’s technological needs. The building has a large, furnished outdoor roof deck with sweeping views of the Santa Monica mountains. There is also a courtyard in the middle of the building with fire pit, landscaping, and outdoor furniture. A great community with lovely neighbors.
