I couldn't be more excited to live here. The complex is gorgeous and in an incredible location - Luis is amazing. He made us feel so at home, knew every resident's name while giving us a tour, made the application/move-in process seamless. Thank you!!

What a beautiful community and quiet tropical Oasis. Upon my first visit I was immediately welcomed by a warm smile who met me as I was driving up Larrabee Street! His name was Luis (Assistant Business Manager )and immediately you could tell he was proud of the community that he works hard to foster. Within 24 hours of initially calling Mediterranean to see some of their available units, Luis made himself available to show me around. When you walk into the community is as if the city life disappears! I love the sounds of the small waterfalls that pour into the koi ponds in the courtyard and the friendly hellos from new neighbors.. not only did I notice that the village...read full review

This is by far the best community I’ve ever lived in! Safe, secure, and everyone is so kind. Shout out to Luis for making my cross country move as seamless as possible - even when I was set to arrive after office hours, he was here to welcome me. Oh, and the pool is beautiful too!
