The owner ivy is a wonderful person! she has a wonderful attitude and great personality. she was so gentle and charismatic and provided amazing customer service and so much so I discontinued my other provided service and booked more hours with her! many places of business couldn't compare to her service, If your looking for someone to give great service this is the spot to go!!! I was going through a hard time and it was easy to open up and talk to her, she is very insightful as well (an added bonus). The place was clean and tidy it was a wonderful experience to say less! Ivy makes the electrolysis process simple and easy. I've been to many technicians in the area and she was phenomenal. Her space is peaceful and extremely clean. My pain tolerance isn't always great, but she worked so quickly and was done before I even realized it! She really makes you feel comfortable and explains all the details so that you are well informed. She's someone that I trust and will recommend to others!
