Amazing atmosphere . Russell is gentle , kind, wise and puts you at ease. He has a solution for every situation you may be going thru mentally, physically and emotional. He is so knowledgeable. Highly recommend Poke for acupuncture and cupping.

Portia and Poke Acupuncture are changing my life and that's after my first visit today. I was a little nervous about the whole thing but as soon as I met Portia I knew I was in good hands. I didn't feel rushed we chatted about why I wanted to try acupuncture, we about my pain, and how it's affecting me and my sleep. Then Portia explained what was happening and what she was going to do step by step before she left the room to get undressed then came back in and began to place the needles on my back, ankles, knee, neck and I think behind my ears.
