I had never tried acupuncture until early 2017 but it was a stressful year, full of change and uncertainty, so I thought I'd try it. Was pleasantly surprised that it was covered by my health insurance. I don't know if it was the acupuncture or Russell Brown's counsel and wisdom, but I found this to be extremely useful and a fulfilling experience. Thanks Russell!
