Boris Rodriguez was in charge of my City Delivery and he was on top of it. He was punctual, professional and very helpful throughout. He even managed to come earlier after my request. He went the extra mile and deserves the recognition. This was my first experience with PODs and I can now say it was a great one. I also had several calls with the team and they were extremely pleasant and willing to help. I want to emphasize that this makes them stand out from their competitors, so I hope they continue to value customer service.

The Pod moving storage company was very accommodating. Despite arriving 10 minutes before closing, the company brought out my pod and gave me extra time to fill it. Overall good customer service and will use again!

Ceasar went above and beyond when delivering our pod. The parking lot was a difficult maneuver but I really appreciate how he handled it with patience and utter professionalism. He even adjusted the pod per request of our property manager so as not to inconvenience our neighbors. 100% would recommended him and pods again.
