He went the extra mile and deserves the recognition. This was my first experience with PODs and I can now say it was a great one. The Pod moving storage company was very accommodating. Despite arriving 10 minutes before closing, the company brought out my pod and gave me extra time to fill it. Overall good customer service and will use again!
Ceasar went above and beyond when delivering our pod. The parking lot was a difficult maneuver but I really appreciate how he handled it with patience and utter professionalism. He even adjusted the pod per request of our property manager so as not to inconvenience our neighbors. 100% would recommended him and pods again.
