There is no parking. They have few staff which creates long wait times. People come unprepared and start packing their boxes while in line. This becomes inconvenient to everyone waiting. If you come, come prepared with your boxes packed and valued. Come ready to be inspected and with your folio number.

It is a hassle if you're shipping for the first time, in my case I wasn't aware of all the details but the worst part is that they make you to take everything out of your boxes right in the middle of the super dirty sidewalk for them to check wherever you're shipping out. The good part is that they're way cheaper the other shipping companies going to México
