First time trying a new place you never know what to expect— massage chairs, friendly & fast service, willingness to help me find exactly what I want to look at on my hands for 3 weeks to probably a month?! I’m here to tell you: yes yes & yes. You should expect greatness. Tony was patient, thorough, kind & happy to help me get exactly the manicure I wanted. Why can’t I have Ferrari red AND cat eye?! Guess what, I CAN @ GLOSS 7. In a sea of nail salons where you feel like just another set of claws, Gloss 7 nails was an oasis. So yeah… I will absolutely be returning! But not for another few weeks, since they did such a good job;)

Great hidden gem in West LA. Super clean. The staff is super courteous. I got a gel pedicure and basic manicure and they did a great job. Better to book an appointment in advance so you don't have to wait. Highly recommended.

I've being going to this nail salon for years even before the name change and remodel. The staff is nice and the service is efficient and good price in LA. I get off of work in the evening and they almost always make time so I can make a 6pm appointment when I go on a work day.
