I dropped off an area rug from my kitchen which suffered a huge stain from a cooking mishap. The rug was sent out for cleaning and came back a day earlier than expected at a price lower than anticipated. The huge chocolate stain was completely gone and the rug looks like new! Great job, perfect job!

Terrific service. They are detail-oriented and thorough with their cleaning; there have been a few times that they have pointed out spots they could not clean that had I not known about, would not have noticed myself. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Over the almost 3 years I've used them, I've only had two issues, both of which were quickly resolved without argument. Rosa the seamstress does a fantastic job with alterations. Walter the delivery driver always has a smile, even on rainy days. The front-counter staff are courteous and fast. I will happily continue using Perfect Cleaners.
