I love these people. They are always friendly, kind, and helpful. I went in needing a fast turnaround for a suit I wear for work and they accommodated me and did a fantastic job. You can tell these people enjoy helping people and the energy in this place is so good because of it!! Will definitely use again
I had a dress that I birthed my now 15 year old granddaughter in 2007 and everywhere I took the dress I was told toss it save or throw it away. Holes everywhere from wear and tear…. I couldn't do that because if so very special to me as her Grandmother. So when i took it to Parragon, with that baggage behind me, i thought, perhaps they, with all of their great customer service, just might be qblecto repair the dress. Well, needless to say, rhey did! The seamstress used less than half of the belt and patched up the holes. .i have if on today happily as i teach school and i feel so blessed that I found a business who is willing to go that extra mile to help customers... read full review
This is my go-to for alterations. Ricardo pays attention to your requests, and follows through with beautiful workmanship. He and the rest of the staff are super friendly, and their dry cleaning has been excellent and reasonably priced as well.
