Pacific1 Construction came highly recommended by a neighbor/friend who just had a lot of work done. We live in a complex with strict rules from the HOA so we felt it would be easier to hire someone that was already familiar with all the guidelines. We are so grateful that the work was done prior to our move in date. We are extremely happy, thank you so much!

Charlie and his team built out an ADU for me. He and his team took the time to make sure things went smoothly. He’s got great customer service, and I appreciated working with him.

I found this contractor through a head hunter agency because I didn't believe in Yelp, Google, or Angie's List. I was willing to pay the agency to get a guaranteed legitimate contractor since I had many bad experiences with previous remodels. I have to admit Pacific 1 was definitely worth the money. The contractor was at the job site about 95% of the time during the duration of the remodel and made sure every aspect of the job was going according to the time schedule written in the contract. He also kept me informed of any problems which arose during the work so that I can make the decision before continuing the work.
