I love how clean this place always is and you can't beat the fact that it's open 24hrs a day. The staff I've had the privilege of meeting and interacting with her have all been extremely helpful and polite. They also helped me change my coins in one night when they were having issues with the change machine and their cars machine. I don't go to any other laundry spot. I would and have definitely referred my friends and family to this location.

I had a bad experience here last night, left a negative review and by the next day (Sunday) it was resolved.
I'm sorry I didnt leave a review a long time ago, but chimed in quick when I had something negative to say.
Aside from that specific experience, I always find your establishment to be clean, safe at all hours, and staffed by kind people (except the ONE guy).
Its my plessure to leave the review you truly deserve, and offer my apology in return. I was heated (rightly so), but still.
Your laundry is an asset to the community and indeed an important one the neighborhood.
I'm trying to figure out why accepting credit or debit cards is such a big deal. WHO living in Los Angeles is walking around with CASH ON THEM? These things should be standard in every laundry mat. Digital world.
