I went into urgent care at downtown LA. I was seen by Dr Wilson. She saved my life!! I had become septic and she investigated everything and found the bad blood infection that I likely wouldn’t have survived the night.She gave me high powered Iv antibiotics and explained the labs and got me to a medical center where I was an inpatient for over one week .Dr Wilson leaves no stone unturned and but for her caring compassion and dedication to find answers , I would likely be dead !! Thank you Dr Wilson ?. I’m forever grateful, thankful and blessed you took such great care of me.God bless you !!!!!
2023 staff is nice but so very slow.. waiting over an hour since my scheduled appt and showed up 30 min early..2021 review:Staff seems nice. Arrived, only 4 people in the waiting room, all patients since they only allow patients in, unless it's a minor, understandable during covid. Waited 1.5 hrs just to be put into a room, still waited a while to see a doctor. They have seating outside in the parking lot structure (soo hot though) and a porta potty as well. They validate parking and usually have available parking, thankfully.Update: back again for the same issue.. and been waiting at this point 1.5 hrs again.. only 3 patients this time. No I'm definitely a satisfied client of Optum. If I wasn't I would not continue to go. Nor do I have any plans to stop going anytime soon. Apologies for any confusion I may have caused ?..
