I very rarely leave a bad review but I have to live with the haircut and I can't stop thinking about it. I booked a cut online and got a call immediately saying the stylist wasn't available at that time and could I come another time. I said sure and booked a couple days later. It was for a men's cut which was advertised for $55. When I arrived I was told my stylist only does color but the owner could cut my hair. Fine, no problem. My one stipulation was that my hair had enough layers on top and I didn't want more. I have very fine hair so it looks better if it's not layered too much. I’m a little sad that this school is so complicated. I’ve been calling to schedule a tour and haven’t been able to get an answer. I’m looking to start as soon as possible so I decided to come in (I don’t live near by) first thing it’s in the heart of Downtown LA and they don’t have parking. I had to pay $10 dollars for parking just to be turned away. I was told they only do 2 tours a day one person per tour and they were fully booked! When speaking to the receptionist she was nice but offered little to no help.
I'm a fashionista, and this is the only place I go when I need nail polish that matches my outfit. Their customer service was excellent. They have never failed to meet or exceed my standards. This is a place I highly recommend.
