This was my first time doing Pilates in over a year. I was a bit nervous going into the class being out of practice for a while. My instructor was so nice and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Excited to go back!
This Pilates studio has become one of my favorite parts of the week. Every instructor is patient, encouraging, and really pays attention to form. I’ve noticed such a difference in my core strength and posture. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I started here as a beginner and I’ve been back ever since. The instructors are amazing and kind and it’s such an amazing vibe and great workout. I love it here and highly recommend for beginners as well as if you’re advanced in Pilates
