I got micro box braids. The braids are beautiful but she didn't finish the ends. She rushed and dipped the non braided straight end of the hair into hot water, which came out to look unprofessional than what I've had before by other hairdressers. My hair looks half done with stragley ends. She didn't even trim the ends to make them the same length at least. I am now forced to curl the ends of my hair myself in order for the braids to look presentable.Update: I went back to the salon and she fixed the ends of my hair. I love it now. I understand she must've been tired but I wasted gas having to go back again. Gas is expensive now.Service: Box Braids

All the staffs are so amazing, and the service was exceptional. The product I bought here was of good quality. It was so effective and not too pricey. I was so pleased and satisfied with the outcome. My hair now looks brilliant and shiny after the treatment. I would come back here to pamper my hair. Thanks!
