Erick and I have collaborated together on new construction and remodeling projects over the past 5 years. Working with Erick is always a pleasure as he is an architect and contractor. Together, we achieve both original designs and the technicality to execute them. Erick impresses me with the way he treats his crew like family, especially during COVID. The level of excellence his team achieves and their customer-centric approach is what brings me back to Molinar Design.
I had a very positive experience working with Erick. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Erick is very knowledgeable about the whole building process. He assisted me with getting the proper permits to convert an existing recreation room to an ADU. Permit was issued a few days ago. The whole process was seamless and Erick was there every step of the way.
I used Erick Molinar to build my 1200 sq food ADU. Erick 's company did the job from A to Z. I am very happy with the work. He also helped me designed the ADU from plans, permits to construction. He is very knowledgeable and I would use him again.
