I'm genuinely so impressed by Modern Animal... the service is just perfection. The app, the 24/7 chat service, the interior design made for animals color perception ... and of course the Doctors and nurses. my pup is still getting used to them, but I've truly never experienced such a well thought out Veterinarian office!

This place is THE BEST. They are always so kind and gentle with our babies. They offer cold brew and a clean waiting area. If you have any questions they are always willing to help on the app almost immediately. I can't recommend them enough. They provide you with your cost estimate before you are in the appt which is very convenient so you can look through all of the details of the appt. To top it all off my guy fell through his carrier and one of the vets Riley was kind enough to provide his own personal carrier. All other places take notes. You are all doing something very very right here. Thank you again Riley.

Oh my gosh, this place is fantastic. Making the appointment on the app was super easy I was greeted with a smiling face at the door. The place is clean bright. The entire transaction was transparent, comfortable friendly. Every person I encountered introduced themselves by name, told me their role. Justina was my tech and she just has so much information took so much time with us to make me and Johnny feel super comfortable. Dr. Lazarus was a complete reversal of the doctor we saw at Laurel Pet Hospital. She was friendly introduced herself to us. She was down on the ground with Jonny during the exam. I highly recommend.
