I was there a couple day's ago. My experience wasn't the best. I walked in and there was a Latina lady that didn't even greet us. But it wasn't no big deal, I started looking at the items and walked around the store. They had some really cute stuff so my daughter and I were picking out items and showing them to each other (it's the only way to get a good view of the items because of the way they were displayed) as my daughter picked up an item to show me that it was nice, the lady took it from her hand and said we couldn't walk around with the items but we never did ??\u200d♀️ I was so confused because we weren't walking around with items, we were picking them up showing eachother and putting items right back where we grabbed them from. By then I was just annoyed by this lady so I walked away and took my business elsewhere. After doing some other shopping we passed by on our way to our car and noticed there was other salespeople in the store. I told my daughter let's give him a try and we walked in going straight to him. He was very helpful and tried his best to help us. (I noticed the lady was also being extra nice but only because the owner of the store was there) We ended up spending around 600 dollars with him. He took our order and told us to pick up the order in an hour or so, but I took a little longer. When picking up the order the lady was there all by herself again. She then gave me my order and was trying so hard to be nice because I had actually bought something. I guess when I first walked in she thought I wasn't so that's why she fail to acknowledge me or be nice. When we checked to make sure my order was right she told me \"I wouldn't had bought that many of the same color \" I was like ? why did she had the need to say that?? I was thinking of giving the item's back because of that, But then I thought why listen to her when I know what I need. To the owner of mermaid swimwear inc please find yourself a better salesperson that won't look at customers any different and that knows when to keep her mouth shut. You helped me the second time I came around and you were so nice to me too. Thank you!

This place sucks. On the website vs in person the product colors are not even the same at all. I'm giving 1 star but if I could I would give it zero. The fat nasty rude SpongeBob built woman In the front in the computer is sooooo rude for no reason she gave me and my boyfriend attitude for no reason like girl your s*** isn't even the best on the block first of all! You are your shitty a** products and attitude can burn honestly. Your rude with a nasty body how does that work? Rude and ugly? Please. That's why I will never spend a dime on this cheap a** bathing suits. Ps it's better stores on the block with GREAT customer service.
