Meditation for Muscles is the place to go for healing. Jessica Ferretti is very proficient in her healing practice.
The moment I walked into her office I was met with a calm, dark, low light ambience. Her bright, caring personality lights up the room.
Before I started my treatment, we sat down and discussed my health concerns and intentions for healing. She gave me the option of including aromatherapy into the treatment as well, which I accepted.

I just enjoyed the best massage session possible by Jessica at Meditation for Muscles in Eagle Rock. I was experiencing numbness in my right hand and Jessica was able to research and find the pressure points that help release my pain and numbness. I would highly recommend Jessica to all my friends and family.
Jessica is INCREDIBLE. She is truly such a gifted massage therapist. So kind and comforting, but also very powerful and confident in her work. I was going through a tough time emotionally, and she made the session feel so healing! I also love that there was a brief form to fill out beforehand to help her customize the massage to my own needs and preferences. I felt very taken care of; the whole process was wonderful, from start to finish. 10/10, Jessica is the absolute best!
