Our new ADU is done and we love it. Mike and the MDM crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Mike, the owner, gave us an upfront price that came in well below the other bids we got, and he held to it.

Mike did the design work with me directly. There was a design fee up front, but he credited it back in full against the construction quote once we moved forward, so it ended up costing us nothing. We hired MDM Custom Remodeling for a garage-to-ADU conversion, and they did an excellent job. The quality of the work was very good, the project was completed on time and on budget, and communication throughout was clear and responsive. Mike and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

What really stands out is that they have continued to provide great service even years after the project was completed. Just recently, we had an issue with the ADU air conditioner, and Mike sent a technician the very next day to inspect and fix it. I would gladly get a quote from MDM again for a future remodeling job.

Mike and his team were professionals at every turn and the result was incredible. Any issue that came up he immediately solved and was on time and on budget. I have also recommended them to friends who have all had the same positive experience.
