Had an amazing massage and bought their 3 massage package so I get to go two more times. I'd share the name of the massage therapist I had, but I don't want her to be booked up and not be able to get in myself. LOL.
While it was super easy to get a same day appointment, our experiences varied wildly. My friend and I both got the same massage. Mine came with hot stones and hers didn't. She asked for focus on an area she injured and was ignored. I did the same and got it. Both seemed to focus mainly on back and arms, with less of a focus on legs. My masseuse suggested a 50% tip, while my friend's didn't suggest one at all.Overall it was okay and worth it if you get a good masseuse, but I feel like I'd try somewhere else next time.
Today I called to schedule an appointment and Maria answered and thoroughly explained to me the procedure and what each massage entails, I was so drawn aback by the excellent customer service that I will recommend this place to my friends. People like her make me want to revisit
