    Sent emails to Corporate ME but was just told my membersgip expired and that I need to contact the franchise. How can I even use my membwrship if this location close and no where else to contact them. Now I cannot even use the money I paid for services because this location run away with my money!!! Corporate ME you should fo something about this!!

    Tried calling to freeze my membership. The phone number for this location has literally been disconnected. Extremely frustrated.

    Management disappeared during shelter at home -- no response to calls or multiple emails.

    My massage with Alexandra was super terrific. She was skillful and very attentive to what I was looking for. My friend absolutely loved her time with Linda. She raved about the comfort and relaxation level in her experience.

    I was very disappointed with the quality of service and cleanliness. For a Monday morning the bathroom was filthy and out of supplies.

    Had a wonderful masseuse but AWFUL allergic reaction to the Massage Envy lotion. My back is covered in itchy hives. This has NEVER happened to me before. No compensation was offered. Sadly will not be going back here.

    Thank you, Loretta, for the incredible relief. I called at 9:40 a.m. on a Sunday morning and was on the table by 10 a.m. I have had severe scapula, neck and head pain for the last week. Been going to acupuncture, been scalding my neck with a hot water bottle, have an appointment to see a doc. One session with Loretta, and I am finally feeling some relief. Whew. I guess I'll stop Googling "neck pain brain tumor" now. Cannot wait to go back next week. Thank you thank you!

    Everybody at this location in my experience has been Woohoo, as good as it gets! As a busy new Mom I don't have much time for reviews especially but there's been a couple things they've helped me on at different occasions, different things, when I relocated out of their area - and including a cancellation. They ALWAYS made sure to get things to my satisfaction. They are really nice even though I moved away they are great. Tonight I spoke with Carol and she continued to provide me exceptional service regarding my now closed account. Thanks Massage Envy! Really appreciate and totally will review my friends. PS the best PreNatal Massage EVER - and I did quite a few, was with Amanda here and I highly recommend it monthly if not weekly during pregnancy, but their facials - yes facials, are great too. Thanks again

    Overall good but not great. You’re paying for the frills and hipster location. It’s difficult as massage therapists don’t have it easy so I can’t blame my therapist entirely. I would rather strip back the fancy tea, heated beds, and iPad check-in for better paid therapists so you are not pressured to tip so much and perhaps better therapist assignment, mine seemed to get tired towards the end
