I rarely leave reviews, but I want to express my deepest gratitude to this team who literally saved my demin Prada jacket after it was burned. I was sure nothing could fix it. Even when I brought it in, the kind lady honestly told me it would be almost impossible to remove the damage completely. But when I came back to pick it up, I was not just surprised I was shocked. There was not a single trace left. You can clearly see it in the photo. Once again, thank you so much to this amazing team. They truly are the best in LA.
Jessica was one of the most sweetest and caring people I’ve ever met. My great grandma passed and left me a bag but it was in bad condition. I was hesitant to leave such a special piece with anyone because it was a one of a kind bag custom made for my great grandma. Jessica talked me through the entire process of what they did and reassured me that it was in good hands. When I picked it up, it looked like a brand new bag and I cried upon pick up because it was restored better than I could have imagined. I trust Margaret’s with my life!
