The nail techs are great, professional and considerate. However, they can't control the type of customer that patrons their business, folx are sometimes having loud telephone convos, cursing, talking about violence or themselves fighting. It's kinda hard to enjoy your nail treatment with that energy. However, it is western & manchester, so comes with the environment I suppose.

I love this place I have been coming here since it opened john is my favorite for my eyebrows and nails Jen do my lashes and all of them can really do great but John Jen and Kim is the best.

I love kim!!!!! I like that when I walk in I am taken care of right away. I've never have to wait. Also I enjoy that I can relax and let them do what they want and the job done is amazing!!!!! I get so many compliments on my nails. Thank you for taking great care of me!!!!
